How to Delete Users in Nextcloud
In the top menu bar, click the circle icon with profile photo for quick access to submenus; select Users from this dropdown list.
Then click on the three-dot symbol at the end of the row, which will open a context menu allowing you to delete users permanently, including all personal data.
