What regions can I choose to deploy?

You can host your instance in the following regions:

• US East (N. Virginia)
• US West (Oregon)
• Europe (Frankfurt)
• Europe (London)

How long does the server build take?

Our automatic build service usually takes around a few minutes to complete installation.

What is your refund guarantee policy?

If you're unsatisfied with our nextcloud hosting for any reason, you can cancel anytime within the first 30 days and we'll refund your plan fees paid.

Can I install apps from the App Store?

You will have full access to all the apps in the App Store.

How can I set up my custom domain?

You can use your own domain if you do not wish to use our whitelabel domain. Contact us after you have received login details for nextcloud.
